Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro-Slides M075A-050LA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mini-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microhard-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the 50702150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACE667 manufactured by Mini-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Mini-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPECTRA920SPECTRA920ASL by Manufacturer Microhard-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microswitch Brand WGLA1A04AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microe-Systems such as Mercury1000wM20 equipment made by Microe-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microe-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microe-Systems" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CTFSF25C3 by Micro-epsilon and Mercury1000wM20 spares by Microe-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
